Patient communication service Smile Reminder has launched ZubuMail, the first of a series of features it is developing for its new Extend Platform.
ZubuMail, an external communication and patient acquisition tool, is intended to increase the efficiency and profitability of dental practices nationwide by leveraging data-targeting models to create customized direct mail campaigns that are both precise and cost-effective, the company said in a press release.
Developed specifically to pin-point the best possible candidates for procedures like veneers, TMJ, ortho, implants, sleep apnea, and more, ZubuMail is intended to streamline direct mail campaigns by incorporating data driven analytics that identify people most likely to need specific products and procedures. The analysis goes further by screening for those who have ability and propensity to pay, according to Smile Reminder.
Incorporated into the HIPAA compliant target analysis is a library of pre-built mailer pieces ready for dental practices to customize and send to their refined targets. When married with the target data, the customized mail piece is versioned specifically for the age and gender of the targets. "This versioning step has been proven to greatly increase response rates," the company said in the release.
