Smile Reminder has launched a portal that allows patients to pay their bills online, keep track of their appointments, send messages to their dentist, and view personal images and documents before and after their appointments.
Using SmileDash Patient Portal, patients can set up their account online and log in to their customized portal.
"My office staff can't physically be available 24 hours/day for my patients, but the SmileDash provides a great way for my clients to check their appointments, pay their bills, or submit questions, even when my office is closed," said Ryan Haygood, D.D.S., in a company press release.
"The patient portal gives dentists a direct route of communication while allowing patients to access a bevy of information," said Smile Reminder CEO Jim Higgins in the same release. "This enhanced experience allows patients to interact with their dentists daily, rather than every six months during an office visit."
