New York-based private equity firm Behrman Capital has acquired Wisconsin-based consumable dental product manufacturer Vista Apex. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Vista has made preventive oral hygiene, endodontics, and restorative dentistry products for more than 25 years and supplies customers worldwide from its facilities in Racine, WI; St. Louis; and China.
CEO Scott Lamerand will continue to lead the company under Behrman's ownership.
