The University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) Colleges of Dentistry and Public Health are launching a dual Doctor of Dental Surgery-Master of Public Health (MPH) degree program starting in the summer of 2026.
The program aims to allow dental students to earn an MPH affordably in four years. The dual degree aligns with growing awareness of oral health's impact on overall community health, UNMC said in its press release announcing the program.
