The Delta Dental Institute is awarding $1 million through its Future Workforce Fund to five organizations that promote careers in oral health and motivate students to pursue dentistry.
Funded programs include initiatives from these organizations:
- The American Dental Education Association
- The American Dental Hygienists’ Association
- The Hispanic Dental Association
- Mentorships in Dentistry
- The Society of American Indian Dentists
These programs focus on mentorship, early exposure, and outreach to highlight the connection between oral and overall health and guide students toward dental careers.
Since its launch, the Future Workforce Fund has supported efforts that expand awareness, mentorship, and access to dental career pathways.
