Dental service organization (DSO) Pacific Dental Services (PDS) Foundation announced the Summer 2024 Dr. Carolyn Ghazal Dental Assistant Scholarship recipients.
Through the PDS Foundation, 16 students will receive over $70,000 in scholarships to support their education. The scholarship, named after Dr. Carolyn Ghazal, provides financial aid, mentorship, and training to help students become future leaders in dentistry.
The winners include the following individuals:

- Andres Lopez Polanco, Concord Career College
- Neptune Brown Rosario, UEI College
- Aaliyah Jones, UEI College Garden
- Adia Munson, Concorde Career College
- Jazmine Darbouze, Concorde Career College
- Money Washington, Concorde Career College
- Toccara Kleckley, UEI College
- Rachel Rust, Herzing University
- Walkia Flowers, The College of Healthcare Professions
- Sherry Ingram, Concorde Career College
- Katrina Swafford, Concorde Career College
- Tohan Momodu, Advanced Dental Assistant Training School
- Jennifer Camacho, Clover Park Technical College
