The Dental Trade Alliance (DTA) Foundation has opened applications for its dental hygiene scholarship program.
The scholarship program is funded by a $1 million legacy gift from the Benco Family Foundation and aims to aid dental hygiene students from underrepresented communities and backgrounds.
Applicants are required to answer short essay questions and submit a two-minute video detailing their background and future aspirations in dental hygiene. Interested applicants can apply via the DTA Foundation website until April 30.
