ADA 2014 budget bypasses dues increase

The ADA won't ask delegates to consider a dues increase when they meet this fall at the association's annual session.

Although a preliminary budget proposal included a net deficit of $1.4 million, the board of trustees said they will amend the budget to cover the deficit when more definitive information on anticipated nondues revenue becomes available, according to an ADA News story.

The draft 2014 budget projects expenditures of $124.2 million against $122.8 million in anticipated revenue. The recommendation is to keep annual member dues at $522.
