The American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) will launch the AADOM Business College (ABC) in January 2013.
The college will feature a foundational track and an advanced track provided via online webinars and phone conferences. The AADOM Virtual Study Club will return under the umbrella of the ABC Advanced Track.
The online foundational series will feature sessions geared toward the new administrative team member. The modules will focus on important foundational skills such as dental terminology, beginning insurance, phone skills, marketing basics, record keeping, and report generation. In addition to the recorded modules, learners will be able to attend monthly calls with a rotating focus on each of the topics.
The ABC and Virtual Study Club will each earn six AADOM credits toward fellowship. All sessions are recorded and available for download so that learners can still participate even after the classes have begun.
