The company has turned their collected responses into a 50-page book, 25 Great Ideas. The collection features advice on a wide range of topics, including the new patient experience, minimizing scheduling gaps, great patient relationships, team goal setting, hygiene handoffs, practical leadership, and efficient and effective systems.
