Carestream Dental has released CS PracticeWorks v7.5, the latest version of its practice management software.
The updated version supports two new eServices that streamline reimbursement and online patient registration, ePostings and eForms:
ePostings streamlines the process of receiving and posting reimbursements from insurance carriers and automatically notifies users when explanation of benefits (EOBs) are received and then posts the payments directly to the appropriate patients within CS PracticeWorks.
eForms allows patients to complete registration paperwork online at home or at a computer when they arrive for their appointments. eForms can also be used on an iPad, which allows patients to digitally sign consent forms. Customer interfaces can be customized within eForms to include practice logos and information.
Existing CS PracticeWorks users can visit www.carestreamdental.com/updatecentral to request that the software update be shipped to them, the company noted in a press release.
