Digital Clinic announced it has integrated with Demandforce to provide dental practices with digital signage in waiting rooms to showcase reviews.
Digital Clinic filters Demandforce-certified reviews by their star rankings to highlight positive social media reviews and displays them to patients while they wait for their appointments, according to the firm. The goal is to reinforce a dental practice's reputation by allowing patients to read what others are saying in real-time, as well as encourage them to write a review after their visit.
Digital Clinic and Demandforce are both available through Henry Schein.
