Benco Dental, a U.S. distributor of dental products and equipment, has announced plans to acquire Esperanza Dental Supply in December 2011.
This marks Benco Dental's 10th acquisition since 2008, the companies noted.
Headquartered in Los Angeles, Esperanza Dental will become Benco Dental's Los Angeles branch and will service the Southern California market. Matt Lewinson, president of Esperanza Dental, will serve as the regional manager of the new branch.
Esperanza Dental has been serving the Los Angeles area since 2006.
