Birner Dental's Q3 income drops 3.5%

Birner Dental Management Services reported revenues of $15.5 million for the third quarter of 2011, a 3.5% decrease over revenues of $16 million for the same quarter a year ago.

For the quarter (end-September 30), net income for the quarter decreased 23% to $374,000, compared with $486,000 for the same period in 2010.

Birner Dental acquires, develops, and manages dental practice networks in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The company currently manages 64 dental offices -- all under the Perfect Teeth name -- with 109 dentists.
