ADEA offers updated guide on dental schools

The 2011 ADEA Official Guide to Dental Schools in North America is now available from the American Dental Educators Association (ADEA).

The guide provides information to students, parents, and academic advisors on choosing a dental school, completing an application, paying for a dental education, and more.

This reference book contains residency, age, and demographic information, plus Dental Admission Test (DAT) and grade point average (GPA) statistics on the previous year's applicants and enrollees. In addition to individual school profiles for all U.S. and Canadian dental schools, this year's edition was completely updated to provide comprehensive, up-to-date financial aid information based on recent legislation, the ADEA said.

The guide sells for $35 and is available through the ADEA website.
