Henry Schein and Iscopia, a provider of online recruitment and applicant qualification technology, have launched the Henry Schein Dental Hiring Solution, designed to help users categorize prospective employees by matching candidates' credentials to job openings.
Based on Iscopia's AQS platform, the system features six of the most common job profiles, including hygienist, office manager, and treatment coordinator. Profiles are delivered as modules that include customizable, prebuilt job descriptions; online tests and questionnaires; candidate ranking reports; interview guides; and reference checks.
The system integrates with a number of popular job boards, so hiring managers can post job vacancies simply and easily, the companies said. Position requirements, processes, and services are offered through Iscopia's scalable, Internet-based platform.
"For years, dental practitioners have sought a method to better manage the hiring process," said Bruce Lieberthal, vice president of emerging technologies for Henry Schein, in a press release. "This valuable new tool will help our dental customers more efficiently choose qualified candidates that meet their practice needs."
