Great Expressions Dental Centers has acquired the Family Smiles Dentistry dental practice of Ingrid Lee-Loy, DDS, in Zephyrhills, FL, the company announced.
Dr. Lee-Loy established her practice in 2005 and has been providing family dentistry, including preventive and restorative care, for the past 15 years. The addition of Dr. Lee-Loy's practice to the Great Expressions network, now with 23 dental centers in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area, provides patients with another location in the North Tampa area, the company noted.
In recent years, Great Expressions has expanded aggressively through acquisition, bringing 15 dental offices into the fold in 2010. Since its acquisition by Audax Group in May 2008, Great Expressions has acquired 54 offices through seven separate transactions.
