Electronic insurance claims processing provider EClaims has changed its name to Zyantus, the company announced.
Zyantus will offer services for revenue cycle optimization, total office management, and claims processing to medical, dental, and orthodontic offices.
Zyantus offers two services: EClaims OS (Office Suite) and the Zyantus OS (Office System) Practice. EClaims OS is an electronic insurance claims processing service that includes an electronic remittance advice (ERA) report, ERA data file, insurance eligibility, claims status inquires, and other features.
Zyantus OS Practice is designed to help offices become more efficient from check-in to checkout by streamlining patient flow, scheduling appointments, capturing charges, and managing accounts receivable, the company noted. It is also able to interface with existing electronic health record (EHR) programs.
