American Dental Partners reported that revenues were down but earnings up for its fourth quarter of 2009 (end-December 31). For the period, the company took in $66.6 million, down from $65.1 million in the same quarter in 2008.
Earnings were $5.8 million, up from $5.3 million for the fourth quarter of 2008.
Net revenue was $274.3 million for 2009, compared to $291.1 million and pro forma $273.4 million for 2008.
American Dental Partners is a business partner to dental group practices. The company is affiliated with 27 dental group practices, which have 268 dental facilities with approximately 2,259 operatories located in 19 states.
