The recent acquisition of BlueNote Communicator by Premade Software gives the company's dental clients the ability to streamline operatory use and staff management with three distinct products, the company announced.
For practices looking to improve staff and patient flow throughout the office, BlueNote Communicator incorporates a task-oriented virtual corkboard, text messaging, and a patient seating system for small, medium, and large practices -- all for $895, according to Premade.
Practices that simply wish to bridge the communication gaps between the front office and chairside personnel may be more interested in SideNotesIM, a peer-to-peer instant messaging system that starts at $229 for up to 10 computer workstations, the company noted.
Meanwhile, the BlueMinder Dental Timer takes the place of digital stopwatches in the operatory. It includes a library of dental materials with working and set times, and allows for dentists, assistants, and hygienists to program up to 10 buttons with their own particular products.
