The ADA has published a new standard on digital intraoral radiography quality assurance that is available now, according to a June 4 article by ADA News.
The American National Standards Institute/ADA Standard No. 1094 for Quality Assurance for Digital Intra-Oral Radiographic Systems addresses the following components:
- Image display device
- X-ray source
- Digital image acquisition device
Members can download it for free. The cost for nonmembers is $37.
