Oral Health America (OHA) has appointed six new members to its board of directors, the organization announced.
They include the following:
- David Benovy, Septodont International, director of sales North America
- Michelle Filiault, Henry Schein, vice president of field operations
- Leslie Grant, DDS, former president of the National Dental Association
- Karen Neiner, Hu-Friedy, vice president of corporate development and professional relations
- Carolyn Van Eck, president of Van Eck Consulting
- Al Canal, Bankers Healthcare Group, chief relations officer
The board also elected Frank Catalanotto, DMD, department chair of the department of community dentistry and behavioral sciences at the University of Florida, as chair of OHA and George Tysowsky, DDS, MPH, vice president of technology at Ivoclar Vivadent, as vice chair.
