How to Use This Page Use this tool to create redirects easily.

Destination URL This is the URL that the Quick URL will redirect to. Example: www.imvsurvey.com/index.asp?id=23&sid=06-1140-3

Quick URL The Quick URL is a short url that, when entered into a browser, will redirect to the Destination URL. Example: cardiac.imvsurvey.com or vslysmv2qqi8.auntminnie.com Either enter the Quick URL into the textbox OR autogenerate it. If autogenerating, select the site the Quick URL will be for by using the dropdown list.

Expiration Date Select one of the predefined expiration dates or enter a date into the textbox.
