VizVocus Technologies is offering a seven-day trial of its 0.5-ounce "plug and play" dental and medical video camera. The high-definition camera connects directly to computers through a USB cable.
Free trials are available through the company's Web site. Users pay $75 for handling and overnight shipping via FedEx. Day one of the trial starts the same day as FedEx delivery. The customer must ship back the equipment after the trial period is over, with a three-day grace period allowed for the return shipping.
Ten days after the beginning of the trial, if the equipment hasn't arrived at VizVocus's offices, the client is charged a 15% restocking fee of the total value, according to the company. After day 30, the client is charged the remaining balance.
