Henry Schein's Zahn Dental laboratory business has launched Zirlux Transitions, a zirconia restoration material.
Zirlux Transitions features the company's Smart Incisal technology, which produces a blue-gray effect on the top third zone of the zirconia disk and minimizes the white color of a restoration, according to Zahn. It also helps create a brighter shade in the cervical area and a darker shade toward the incisal area of the tooth.
Zirlux Transitions is available in 98.5-mm disks and 16 classic shades, as well as one bleach shade, the company said.
