Global dental prosthetic device provider Modern Dental Group has acquired MicroDental Laboratories.
MicroDental is a network of 21 dental labs located throughout the U.S. and Canada. Modern Dental is a publicly held company with a large share of the dental prosthetic markets in Western Europe, Australia, China, and Hong Kong, according to the company.
The transaction is scheduled to close in October 2016, Modern Dental said.
