The FDI World Dental Federation has released a new white paper that outlines strategies to prevent and manage caries.
The paper, "Dental Caries Prevention and Management," includes actions that oral health professionals, policymakers, and the public can take to improve oral health. It was presented during the 2016 World Dental Congress, which began in Poland on September 7.
The white paper is available on the FDI website and is part of the FDI's Caries Prevention Partnership with Colgate. The partnership's goal is to help prevent oral health diseases through education and activities.
