The Renaissance Family Foundation (RFF) has awarded $45,000 in grants to the Georgia Department of Public Health.
RFF is an affiliate of Renaissance Dental. The grants will support oral health programs for children, veterans who are women, and the elderly, including the following:
- Providing access to dental care for women veterans in an Atlanta shelter
- Supporting school-based sealant programs with materials and equipment
- Bringing portable dental clinics to two low-income nursing facilities
"We know Georgia is one of the states most in need of support, and we hope this money goes a long way toward improving oral health in the state," stated Robert Mulligan, president and CEO of Renaissance Dental, in a press release.
