Whip Mix has released ProCal, a calibration device for ensuring firing quality for the Pro 200 series porcelain furnaces. ProCal is designed to rapidly monitor the calibration status of a furnace and automatically recalibrate the furnace to factory specifications.
ProCal also performs quick checks on the Pro 100 series units, eliminating guesswork, silver wire tests, and inconsistencies, according to the company.
