Staffing website Boon is offering a $100 referral fee to any dentist or team member who refers a practice to its organization.
The company is using the monetary incentive to fill hiring needs within its business. The fee also applies for a provider who begins using Boon's services. There is no limit or cap on the earnings potential, said Ryan Vet, Boon founder.
"We believe this is a time to offer alternative methods of generating income to those in the dental industry," Vet said. "We know that dental practices will be ramping up their hiring processes once we know dentistry can be performed on a full-time basis again in every part of the country. With our temporary staffing options, we believe there will be a lot of demand for those who want to use our service, both to hire and be hired."
Boon also is offering two-hour shifts for temporary workers to fill short-term needs.
