The new interactive experience, available via mobile and desktop, enables Delta Dental of Minnesota members to privately and securely develop their own health program and receive rewards for taking actions and choosing behaviors that optimize their health. Members will receive personalized recommendations for relevant resources and preventive health programs based on their own health goals, ranging from simple daily dental habits or eating better to managing specific health conditions like gingivitis. The Novu platform will also help support positive outcomes through social features such as groups and communities based on members' interests.
Through Novu, Delta Dental of Minnesota is able to deliver high-quality dental health and preventive content to its members. Moreover, the organization will receive data and reporting to better optimize their care delivery, enhance quality, and close gaps-in-care specific to both dental and broader health issues.
