Viva Learning will be adding foreign language subtitles to its on-demand continuing education webinars.
Scheduled to be released in October 2013, the new version includes online tools that facilitate transcription, translation, proofing, and editing of each live webinar, according to a company press release. Subtitles will be displayed on the screen and time-synchronized with the English voice-over and visuals, allowing viewers from any country to understand the on-demand presentation.
The Viva Learning package features professional online education, including content and website management, live online support, speaker training, and a learning management system.
Live webinars allow online attendees to interact with the speaker through polling and also a question-and-answer format. Presentations are interactive and include voice-over, slides, and streaming video.
