Liptak Dental Services has opened a new franchise in the Dallas area, the company announced.
The move is based on the high demand for computer services in Dallas where people are unsure about how best to integrate dental technology into their practice and how to spend technology dollars wisely, according to the company.
"We are getting calls about anything from printing problems and software upgrades to how to choose a server and integrate a digital x-ray system," said owner Danny Mitchell in a press release.
Mitchell realizes that offices that have to cancel or reschedule appointments due to computer problems are losing money, so he is focused on ensuring his customers do not have to wait around for computer help, he stated in the release.
"I want to make sure that my consultants and I can solve computer problems immediately to avoid downtime for our clients," Mitchell said. "Zero downtime is my goal."
