FreeDentistFinder.com has launched an interactive voice response (IVR) system designed to help patients find a dentist who is convenient to them, the company announced.
IVR allows the caller to speak with the dentist's office directly, rather than through a switchboard or answering service, the company said.
FreeDentistFinder.com offers one of the largest databases of dentists in the U.S., and the search results on the site are specific to ZIP code, according to the company. Rather than offer patients up to 200 dentists in a 50-mile radius, the site offers succinct information on local dentists, the company said.
