ADA Business Enterprises releases Treatment PRO

The joint venture between ADA Business Enterprises, a wholly owned subsidiary of the ADA, and Intelligent Dental Marketing has finalized its Internet-based case acceptance tool called Treatment PRO.

Treatment PRO contains more than 200 videos and documents that can be used in Internet-enabled operatories or the front office, as well as at a patient's home, at work, or with a mobile device, with highly customized e-mail video playlists and documents, according to a press release. The video playlists and documents can be entirely branded to the dental practice, customized to the individual patient, and are available in English or Spanish.

"Treatment PRO helps address the main reasons for unscheduled treatment: confusion, forgetfulness, and procrastination. The documents and video playlists reinforce my treatment, explain it to other decision-makers not present for the exam and constantly remind and market my treatment to the patient, keeping oral health in front of other priorities competing for their limited dollars," said Rob Thorup, co-creator of Treatment PRO, in the release.

If patients cannot find a solution that conveniently fits into their budget, they will be less likely to accept treatment. For this reason, Treatment PRO has partnered with CareCredit to assist treatment coordinators in making needed dental care fit in any budget and therefore possible. Monthly payment options and video clip explanations of how and when to use no-interest and low-interest payment options are embedded in the system.
