Syneron Dental Lasers has signed a distribution agreement with Singapore-based Healthcare Solutions & Services.
Tommy Ng, managing director of Healthcare Solutions & Services said that the company is currently expanding and will focus on distributing equipment that is related to dental implants. Next year it will launch a new division for medical devices.
Singapore provides dental care in a region with more than 1,400 dentists serving a population of 4 million and 10% of the dentists in Singapore are specialist practitioners, according to the companies. In addition, according to a recent survey by the Singapore Dental Association, 45% of the population visits the dentist twice a year.
