Better & Better unveiled a collection of organic, vegan toothpastes and a reusable dispenser system that eliminates the need for a traditional plastic toothpaste tube.
The toothpaste is housed in a BPA-free collapsible pouch that is inserted into a squeezable dispenser with a chrome-plated cap and matte white base. The dispenser has a window that allows people to see how much toothpaste remains and provides a visual guide to help get all the toothpaste out, which reduces waste by 40%, the firm said.

Image provided by Better & Better.The line includes Better & Better Remarkably Pure Toothpaste, which is fluoride-free, and contains mild coconut foam; Better & Better Fully Charged Toothpaste, which has the addition of vitamins B12 and D3; and the Better & Better Toothpaste Starter Set that includes the toothpaste pouch shell and a two-minute hourglass to encourage the ideal brushing time recommended by dentists.
Each toothpaste is available in the "Bettermint" flavor: a combination of organic peppermint, organic spearmint, and organic menthol. Better & Better is available through a membership subscription plan for $2.99 or $4.99 a month per person, and the toothpaste starter set is included for free with each membership.
The firm also said it will plant a tree with One Tree Planted for every toothpaste starter set sold and the products will be shipped in fully recyclable materials.
