Overjet has received U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance for CBCT Assist, expanding its AI platform to support 3D cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans.
The clearance allows Overjet’s AI to assist with anatomical assessment and diagnostic and treatment planning in dentistry.
CBCT Assist is designed to automatically identify, label, segment, and measure key anatomical and restorative structures in 3D images, including bone levels, airway space, nerve proximity, sinus distance, and implant site bone height.
