FDA clears MPowRx antisnoring device

MPowRx Health and Wellness Products has received 510(k) clearance from the FDA to begin marketing its MPowRx Snoring Solution device in the U.S., the company announced.

Developed by Leslie Dort, D.D.S., a dental sleep specialist in Calgary, Alberta, the device has been sold in Canada by Patterson Dental.

The company also received a U.S. patent for this tongue-retention device.
