Eric Shirley, president of the dental division of Keystone Industries, is an industry veteran who has seen the ups and downs that the dental industry has endured. Shirley believes there a lot of lessons that can be learned from years past that can help dentists and dental team members prepare for what could be a very interesting 2024.
As we detailed in a previous podcast with economist Brian Beaulieu, there are plenty of questions about what is to come in 2024 -- both from an economic standpoint as well as a staffing standpoint. However, Shirley spoke with me about what he is watching heading into the new year as well as why he believes baseball can be a perfect analogy for how things have changed within the dental business in the last few months.
