Planet DDS has appointed Andrew Pullmann as its vice president of account management and Bobby Spilka as its vice president of customer support.
Pullmann will lead the new account management team, focusing on tailored solutions and customer retention. Spilka will develop a tiered support model and streamline customer interactions using artificial intelligence-powered tools, according to Planet DDS.
