Dental communications platform Weave has integrated with cloud-based electronic health record software eClinicalWorks.
The integration's goal is to streamline operations by reducing manual tasks, such as appointment reminders, and managing high call volumes by sending a missed call text, Weave said. It can also enhance the patient experience by personalizing interactions through call pop notifications that display patient information. Weave noted that the integration can also help ensure data accuracy by reducing input errors and keeping patient information current with daily automated contact sync from eClinicalWorks.
