Planet DDS has appointed Matt Zelen as its chief operating officer (COO).
He will oversee operations and customer success at the company. Previously, Zelen worked at UserTesting as its chief customer officer, and he has held leadership roles at Salesforce and Oracle.
Additionally, Molly Gapp will join Planet DDS as vice president of professional services, reporting to Zelen. She will direct onboarding, delivery, conversion, implementation, and training for Planet DDS' DentalOS solutions.
