Dental benefits administrator Liberty Dental Plan has appointed Tom Choate as its president and CEO.
Choate, who has been a Liberty board of director since 2023, most recently worked as senior vice president in the pharmacy division at Optum. He succeeds Marti Lolli, who will pursue other opportunities but will be available during the next 30 days to aid with the transition.
