Dental payments platform DentalXChange has launched a new payer credentialing platform called CredentialConnect.
The platform uses a three-step submission process that enables practices to manage provider information in one place and submit supporting documents. When providers are due for recredentialing, practices are notified.
By digitizing dental insurance credentialing forms and requirements into a single platform, CredentialConnect aims to increase revenue by minimizing calls with payers, removing paperwork from the process, and accelerating approvals, according to the company.
