Dental service organization (DSO) Dental Care Alliance (DCA) has launched its SkillBridge Military fellowship program by hiring two fellows.
The SkillBridge program mentors and assists U.S. service members as they transition from the U.S. Armed Forces to civilian work by providing them with real-world job experiences.
Jhoan Montoya was named as one of the fellows. Montoya is a former Marine with 12 years of experience in customer service and communication. Michelle Belmarez-Insanali, who served with distinction in the U.S. Air Force, is the second fellow.
Both Montoya and Belmarez-Insanali will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, DCA said. May is Military Appreciation Month.
