Dental service organization (DSO) The Smilist has appointed Axel Lapica as its CEO.

Lapica, formerly a senior vice president at DaVita, brings over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. His appointment follows a year of growth for The Smilist, including more than 50 new locations and expansion into new regions.
