Dental services organization Phase 1 Equity has named Kristen Cusack as its new CEO.
Cusack comes to Phase 1 Equity with 25 years of multisite healthcare experience. Cusack's experience spans large and small organizations in the healthcare sector, including such companies as Golden Living, Adeptus Health, and AccentCare. She has also founded a consulting practice and has completed both large and small private equity transactions, according to the firm.
Phase 1 Equity was created to provide a private equity model for orthodontic and pediatric dental practices, according to the company.
