The Dental Advancement through Learning and Education (DALE) Foundation is seeking two leaders in training to join its board of trustees.
Leaders in training, who serve in full capacity but don't vote, may be appointed for up to two years and may be invited to apply to become a voting trustee. If appointed, members will establish and review policies, assist in strategic planning, offer financial oversight, assess board and organization performance, and act as ambassadors for the organization and uphold the organization's values.
The board is seeking applicants with experience in large group practices, dental service organizations, or dental distributors or manufacturers. Experience in e-learning, financial reporting or accounting, fundraising, public health, and research will also be considered.
