Dental service organization Pacific Dental Services (PDS) has launched its College Advancement Program, which will offer eligible employees upfront college tuition coverage toward any undergraduate degree.
The program, launched in partnership with education provider InStride, will enable PDS operations managers, benefits coordinators, and dental assistants to earn their education debt-free while remaining employed full-time, according to the organization. The program will initially be offered via InStride's partnership with Arizona State University, although other academic partners are likely to be added.
PDS will pay 100% of the tuition, as well cover book expenses and any associated mandatory fees for the duration of the degree program. The first semester will begin on January 10, 2022. PDS said it hopes to extend this offer to other positions in the future.
The organization also offers a traditional tuition reimbursement program that provides up to $5,250 per year.
